I had to deal with a very long build and a builder going under. I had to apply twice for my mortgage as the first expired. Throughout the entire process Austin and Lea had my back. They communicated with me every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble and they followed up if I hadn't done something. I have nothing but great things to say about Zanda. My partner and I are/were first time buyers, and had a fairly superficial understanding of the purchasing process. Austin/Zanda was recommended to me by a work colleague. We had an initial meeting to discuss our ambitions, where Austin gave us some detailed guidance on what was reasonably within our means, and the sort of loans available to us. The Zanda team (especially Lea, who is thoroughly professional and patient) then took us through the pre-approval and - this was especially welcome - once we found our new home, gave very clear guidance and at-elbow support on the purchase process (I’m sure this isn’t the core part of their business, but it was hugely welcome). So, for us as first-time buyers it gave us confidence to have Zanda on our side, and negotiating with the bank to secure our loan. In short, it’s a genuinely fantastic and professional team at Zanda.
