I have nothing but great things to say about Zanda. My partner and I are/were first time buyers, and had a fairly superficial understanding of the purchasing process. Austin/Zanda was recommended to me by a work colleague. He not only gave me helpful advice, but he also emphasised how important it was for me to rely on my own discretion. After I had agreed to the terms of the contract, he proceeded to negotiate on my behalf in order to get a more favourable deal. Despite the fact that my personal situation was rather challenging in terms of the things that needed to be done before my completion date in order for me to not lose the mortgage, he cheerfully eased my fears and addressed all of my questions. He did this even though my completion day was approaching. It would be foolish not to rely on him once again.
